About Me
I was a professional actress before becoming a therapist and spent my childhood competing in tennis tournaments. I love playing the guitar and piano and all of this combined has led to a specialism in performance/presentation anxieties and peak performance states.
I have an MSc in Psychotherapy and my training encompasses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR,) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (Parts), Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy. I use an integrative approach that is tailored to each individual. I work one to one with clients over 16.
With over 25 years of experience and clients from a variety of backgrounds, I have worked within the NHS as a Psychotherapist and several private clinics, including The Priory Hospital Roehampton.
The most common reasons people consult me are for anxiety disorders, phobias, performance anxiety and trauma.
When I’m not working my favourite place to unwind and recharge is in Devon with my border collie, Scout.
